Due to the nature of our products, including herbal teas, tinctures, supplements, and other consumable wellness items, all sales are final. For the health, safety, and protection of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on opened or unopened products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.
