After the heartbreaking loss of her first baby, my mother knew something in her life had to change. She devoted herself to learning how to nourish and care for the body through nature, spending decades making herbal remedies for her family, friends, and community.

I grew up watching her hands turn simple plants into medicine, but I never imagined I would follow in her footsteps. I moved to America to study law, determined to build a different life.

Then life humbled me.

After struggling with my own health, depression, and countless visits to hospitals, I found myself returning to the wisdom I had grown up with. I went back to school, reconnected with my ancestral roots, and chose to continue the path my mother had begun.

Today, together, we craft remedies from simple, humble ingredients that God placed on this earth for us. We believe the body was wonderfully designed to heal, and that when it is given the right nourishment, rest, and support, it has an incredible capacity to restore itself.
